Eugene, Oregon Newborn Photographer: Welcome Betsy!

Meet little Miss Betsy, as sweet as can be! Wrapped in softness and pure innocence, she melted my heart as soon as she came through the door of my studio.

Stacey, Lance, and big sister Adalyn brought new baby girl Betsy to see me back in November and I was so excited to see them! I honestly couldn’t believe how much time had passed though. It seems like yesterday I was photographing Adalyn as a newborn (in June of 2023) and now here she is, an adorable, bright-eyed toddler with the best smile! She has already mastered her role as the best snuggle buddy ever too, and it was so sweet to watch her love on her new baby sis.

There’s nothing quite like the peacefulness of a newborn. I was so grateful to capture these fleeting moments for her family as they welcomed this precious new life into their midst.

Betsy is already stealing hearts and riding into the world with style! This little hat just might be one of my favorite newborn accessories. Tiny hat, big charm. I’ve learned that you really don’t need much when it comes to props and accessories for newborns, because they are truly the star of the show and don’t need any help looking sweet as can be. But it’s still fun to play with those extras and add a little extra flair!

I also love this pose because it usually mimics how baby positions themselves when they are sleeping. Parents love it too!

I’m so glad I got to spend this time with Betsy and her family. Watching these precious connections form is truly heartwarming.
