Eugene Oregon Newborn Photographer: Welcome Finley!

It was so lovely seeing Ashley, David and Simon in the studio again and to welcome new baby brother Finley! We had such a fun session with this little guy.

Snuggled Up and Dreaming Big

Finley’s parents preferred neutral colors, so we used lots of whites, grays, and soft blues. I love the tranquil, dreamy look of colors like these. And Finley was amazing through the entire session, peaceful and perfect. He slept most of the time so he made it very easy to get the most adorable pictures. There is nothing sweeter than a sleepy newborn snuggled up and dreaming big already!

Brothers and Best Friends

Big brother Simon has always been so great with our photo sessions in the past and this one was no different. He loved holding his new baby brother and is clearly taking his new role seriously—and loving every minute! These two are going to the best of friends, I’m sure.

Baby’s First Christmas

Although our session took place in October, we decided to fit in a cute Christmas setup since the holidays were just around the corner. Christmas always comes up fast—especially when you have a new baby! Baby’s first Christmas is a big occasion though, and I love that we got to capture a couple of holiday images for cards and memories. It was extra fun because we put Finley in the same red-striped outfit that Simon wore as a newborn!

So many good memories from this newborn session—and from our previous sessions together! I love building those connections with my clients and being there to capture all the special moments for them and their families.
