Eugene Oregon Newborn Photographer: Welcome Sophie!

I hope you all had an amazing summer—it’s hard to believe it’s over! The seasons are changing and the days are getting shorter, but here at the studio it’s always the season of new life as I welcome sweet babies and their parents for sessions! Today I’m excited to share the photos from Sophie’s petite newborn session here at my Eugene Oregon photography studio. I know you’ll love them as much as I do!

Sophie's parents chose the petite newborn option since they wanted baby-only pictures for their sweet girl. This shorter session option is designed exactly for that, but I also offer more extended sessions for clients who want to include parent and/or sibling photos. I loved the rich browns and purples and pinks that mom and dad picked out. They looked just perfect on Sophie. For this little sweetheart’s session we decided to use a few fun props and mix one or two themed photos in with the rest of our shots to add some extra personality. I loved the Harry Potter setup (I think this little one is already working her magic!) and of course you can’t go wrong with an animal hat. The soft pink piggy hat is always so cute!

Themed photos are fun, but I have to admit, sometimes a black and white image of a newborn just really does it for me. Don’t you love this sweet image?

Congratulations to mom and dad on their perfect new addition. Sophie is absolutely beautiful and I’m delighted her parents chose me to be their newborn photographer!
