Eugene Oregon Newborn Photographer: Welcome Wylder!

I’m getting all the feels from this baby boy’s sweet and sleepy newborn photography session! Wylder came to my photo studio in Eugene, Oregon with his mom, Jamie, and two big sisters, Addalynn and Annabelle. I’ve been their photographer before, including for a super fun outdoor cake smash for Addalynn’s first birthday (cannot believe that was four years ago) so it was amazing to see them again!

His big sisters were absolutely smitten with Wylder—and who can blame them? He’s absolutely adorable and slept like an angel for his session. We did baby-only shots for most of our photos, but we also wanted to include the girls. I love doing sibling pictures, and it was so sweet to see these two big sisters wrap their new little brother with love.

We discovered that Wylder looked great in stripes (actually, we discovered he looked great in everything!) so we combined a few of my stripey hats and outfits with some neutral solids in gray, white, and a dark olive green. Oh, and wooden toys make the best newborn props for baby boys!

Like I said, he was totally angelic, so Wylder was a dream to photograph. And editing was a breeze too, because his skin was perfection. Am I jealous? Maybe just a touch. Mostly I loved capturing that flawless little face and tiny fingers and toes—the best!

So happy to see this family again and help them document the arrival of this precious baby boy!
